PLAY/PRACTICE CANCELLATIONS

Reservations at Back Nine Golf will be secured by the booker providing credit/debit card details. If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance Back Nine Golf Limited will charge the full cost of the simulator hire to the customer’s credit/debit card by way of a cancellation fee. Play/Practice bookings cancelled further in advance than 24 hours will incur no fee.

BACK NINE GOLF MEMBERSHIP

The Back Nine Golf membership scheme is non-transferable and can only be used by the person who has signed up to the scheme. Members of the Back Nine Golf scheme will be eligible to one free drink per month and is a non-transferable benefit of being a member. It is limited to any one bottle of beer/ a 175ml glass of wine or any soft drink or any hot drink. 

Each member will be entitled to free golf club hire and free entry into all competitions

Each member will be entitled to make bookings up to 2 weeks in advance. Any bookings that are made under this scheme can be cancelled by the member up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance a black mark will be made against your membership. If you receive 3 black marks, your membership will be withdrawn. Back Nine Golf Limited reserves the right to end, without prior notice, the membership scheme with appropriate refund of any membership fees.

Back Nine Golf Limited reserves the right to change the price of membership. Refunds of memberships withdrawn by Back Nine Golf Limited will be made on a pro rata basis. If a member wishes to cancel their membership, Back Nine Golf requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. Members will need to provide appropriate identification to benefit from any discount. It is at the manager’s discretion as to what is deemed appropriate identification.

BACK NINE GOLF PROMOTIONS

Back Nine Golf Limited may at their discretion run any number of promotions throughout the course of the year. Back Nine Golf Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion without prior notification for any reason. Promotions are not able to be used in conjunction with another discount, special offer or promotion and will apply only to the standard prices of Back Nine Golf Limited products or services. Certain promotions may require the customer to provide proof of identification, coupon or voucher, if these are not provided when required then the customer will not be able to claim the promotional rate. In all instances the promotion can only be redeemed once per person.

WAIVER & CONSENT

By agreeing with the terms & conditions set out by Back Nine Golf Limited, you agree that you do not suffer from any illnesses/injuries/allergies/medical conditions.

You also agree that you are not currently on any medication.

If you do suffer from any illnesses/injuries/allergies/medical conditions, or if you are currently on medication, you agree to let us know by emailing info@backninegolf.live-website.com along with your order number so we can make any necessary arrangements prior to your arrival for your booking.

You consent to take part in activities at Back Nine Golf Limited. In providing your consent you declare that you understand that Back Nine Golf Ltd takes all appropriate precautions to prevent accidents but Golfing activities by their very nature are not completely risk free – for example being hit by a golf ball or a club accidentally.

You the customer of Back Nine Golf Liited will take all steps to avoid accidents or damage to our property – for example any practice swings must take place within the simulator area. Anything that Back Nine Golf Limited deems as reckless behaviour that leads to damage by the customer will be charged to the customer.

You confirm that you have understand these terms, and that you are sufficiently physically fit and healthy to take part in Golfing activities.

You consent that in the event of any illness/accident that any treatment can be administered to you.

You also agree to follow any safety rules set out by Back Nine Golf Limited for your own safety.

You are responsible for any Under-18s in your party and you give them consent to take part in any Golfing activities at Back Nine Golf.
